Manhattan Radiology provides radiology interpretation services throughout Northeast & Northcentral Kansas. It is standard to receive two bills for imaging as most procedures involve two portions: a professional & technical component. Manhattan Radiology’s bill is for the professional component which includes a board-certified radiologist to interpret your images & produce a written report. The facility charge is for the technical component that includes the equipment, personnel & administrative costs. Manhattan Radiology is a separate entity from the servicing facility. You can pay online with the access code from your statement by visiting epayitonline.com.  Payments may be mailed to 1133 College Ave, C143, Manhattan, KS 66502.  We offer a locked payment drop box at this location or call 785-539-7641x2 to speak with the business office.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, & Discover. We participate with most major carriers including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, First Health, Health Partners of Kansas, Humana (Commercial plans), Kansas Medicaid, Medicare, ProviDRs Care, & United Healthcare. We accept assignment from Tricare & the VA.

We rely on our servicing facilities to provide your correct insurance & contact information. On rare occasions, this information does not get transferred to us. Please contact us to address any concerns or make corrections at 785-539-7641x2.

We attempt to contact you by both mail & phone before we turn your account over to collections for non-payment. Our collections agency, Eleos Services, can be reached at 316-749-2085.

If unable to pay your bill in full, we accept monthly payments. Payments must be made regularly each month to avoid collections activity.

Clinic hours are Monday – Thursday (8 – 445) & Friday (8-430). The X-ray clinic can be reached at 785-539-7641x1. Manhattan Radiology’s business office can be reached at 785-539-7641x2 Monday -Thurs (8 – 430) & Friday (8 – closed early).

Manhattan Radiology operates a clinic at 1133 College Ave, G110, Manhattan, KS 66502 where we offer X-ray, Fluoroscopy, & Bone Density Scans. Walk ins are welcome but appointments & call ahead are appreciated.

The servicing facility retains your medical record. Contact the servicing facility directly for medical records requests. A copy of your imaging report is forwarded to the referring provider. Contact your referring provider directly to discuss your test results & further treatment recommendations. View the facilities list here.
